EN-RICH-MENT Leadership

EN-RICH-MENT of Stark County has a mentoring and leadership program that equips students with the skills, knowledge and support to reach their goals. Six weeks in the summer, and again in fall once a week, students learn the ‘elevator speech’, preparing resumes, job readiness skills, support, and encouragement vital to develop self-esteem.

Field trips include the chamber of commerce, and places of employment to explore career paths. Students get the opportunity to be mentored by leaders in the community, The program is partnered with MentorStark.

Students will not want to miss this innovative program that includes a certificate of graduation, networking opportunities and so much more! This program is offered to students 13 years and older.
