Welcome to EN-RICH-MENT

About EN-RICH-MENT

EN-RICH-MENT provides arts and academic opportunities for underprivileged youth in Canton and the surrounding areas in Stark County. EN-RICH-MENT’s mission is to empower and uplift youth, families, and communities by providing access to education, arts, health, and life skills opportunities to inspire growth, creativity, and a brighter future for all.

EN-RICH-MENT Is Where Creativity Meets Opportunity

Founded in Canton, Ohio, our mission is to empower and uplift youth, families, and communities by providing access to education, arts, health, and life skills opportunities to inspire growth, creativity, and a brighter future for all. We believe that every child deserves access to safe, inclusive spaces where they can explore their talents, build confidence, and develop leadership skills that last a lifetime.

We are renowned locally for our signature program, EN-CORPS, which features dynamic youth ensembles in drumline, danceline, colorguard, and pom-poms. These groups do more than perform; they inspire.

Through weekly rehearsals, public showcases, and leadership development, students learn discipline, teamwork, and self-expression while celebrating their heritage and individuality.

EN-RICH-MENT serves hundreds of youths annually, many from underserved communities, providing mentorship, resources, and a sense of belonging. We partner with schools, families, and local organizations to ensure that every child has the support they need to thrive artistically and personally.

Our Impact

Our vision is to nurture the next generation of artists, leaders, and changemakers; one beat, one step, one voice at a time.

EN-RICH-MENT is a haven for youth who come from diverse backgrounds. The programs offered provide an outlet for youth to express their needs and concerns.

Yearly, EN-RICH-MENT touches the lives of over 500 youth through classes and special events. Students participate in the fine and performing arts and learn about healthy lifestyles.

Our Programs

EN-RICH-MENT programs inspire youth to lead, create, and thrive, using the power of music, movement, and mentorship to unlock confidence, discipline, and purpose.

Our programs are offered year-round for youth ages 5-22 in fine and performing arts classes, workshops, training, leadership, and intern opportunities. In the summer, a five-week summer camp is offered to youth ages 5-18.
